I created this fun party hat and mini album for a special Birthday girl. I used the Basically Bare Buttons for the circles. I didn’t cut out the button holes, but I wanted a nice chipboard circle, so these worked perfectly! These projects are bright and cheery for any birthday party and so easy to make! By adding Basically Bare products to put that special finishing touch, I’d say these projects are a real hit!
