Hello Everyone!

As September comes to a close, I would like to share a small card I made for a friend’s birthday, I used it to put 2 gift cards inside and a few journaling spots for me to write a message on.

I like how the Basically Bare Pennants layer so well, and they can take almost any medium you throw at them. Here I used some Chalboard Glimmer Mist from the Basically Bare Collection in Sandy Beach as well as some Gesso. Take a look:

Sweet huh? I white washed the papers to give them a more shabby look, and added some May Arts ribbon to keep it together.

Love the simple clean look of it! Super cute!
