Jen Matott here for your blogging pleasure!  I created this little wall hanging using one of the “Oh So Mini” album chipboard pages as the base.  This time of year makes me long for home comforts and cozy evenings.   My home becomes my cocoon in the cooler nights and I love it!

I covered the chipboard page with a map from an old atlas from my regional area and a doily.  I wanted to give it a little lift or another layer so I used a mini canvas that I had from another project and covered it with an old book page.  I sprayed it with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist in Crocheted Doily!

I used a canvas heart, felt wings, and cardboard house.  The heart was sprayed using a stencil and Glimmer Mist and the wings were sprayed with Tarnished Silver Glimmer Mist and coated with Glimmer Glam.  I also coated the Jailer’s key with the Glimmer Glam for a bit of sparkle.

A book page door and individual words “Bless Our House”  and some silk ribbon by May Arts to finish it off and you have a cute little wall hanging that makes me happy!
